MLD Planning was proud to assist The Australian Golf Club in securing approval for its Development Application in May 2026 for substantial alterations to its historic Clubhouse in Kensington.

Founded in 1882, The Australian Golf Club is the oldest golf club in the Commonwealth. The approved works form part of a broader refurbishment of its Clubhouse, enhancing facilities and amenities for Members and their guests while respecting the Club's rich history.

Construction is scheduled to commence in the second half of 2026. MLD Planning is pleased to have supported The Australian Golf Club in achieving this important milestone.
